VIADI strives to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning items and receiving a refund.

Return Window:

You have 14 – days from the date of receipt to return any eligible item.

Eligible Items for Return:

  • Items must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
  • Items must be in resalable condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

Ineligible Items for Return:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned.
  • Items that are damaged or used are not eligible for return.
  • Items missing original packaging or tags cannot be returned.

Return Process:

  2. Return Authorization (RA): Upon contacting us, you will receive an RA number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your own records.
  4. Return Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  5. Refund: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued, excluding original freight charges, within 14 business days of inspection.

Restocking Fee:

  • 15% restocking fee may apply to all approved returns, except for those due to our error.

Original Shipping Costs:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
